To register as a list owner you first need to register.
This will also allow access to other edna services. Then apply for a new list
edna Lists can be managed via email or via the web. You can use the lists to:

New user: To join a public list, select a list from the Browse Menu. Click the subscribe link for that list and put in your email address. A confirmation request will be emailed to you.
